Is there a free trial period?
Yes. You can test Klarum free of charge and without obligation for 14 days, without a credit card. After that, simply choose the package that suits you best.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. You can adjust your package at any time. An upgrade will result in a pro-rata charge for the difference; a downgrade will have the remaining balance applied to the next billing period.
How does the annual billing work?
With annual billing, the total amount is invoiced once a year in advance. You save 20% compared to monthly billing.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept invoice (for municipalities and companies), credit card and TWINT.
Is my data secure?
Yes, Klarum complies with Swiss data protection legislation (revDSG).
